Cancellation policy (Facility Booking):

Anyone who cancels within 48 hours of their allotted time slot will not be entitled to a refund, although they can arrange an alternative time slot if one is available. Those who cancel with at least 48 hours notice will be entitled to a full refund.

Cancellation policy (Show Entries):

Entries cancelled or withdrawn prior to the closing time for entries to the particular show/competition will be entitled to a full refund. Entries cancelled or withdrawn on or after close of entries will not be entitled to a refund and will not be entitled to have their entry transferred to another competition. Where the competition or show is cancelled by the organisers or cannot run due to Covid related restrictions entry fees will be refunded in full.
